Ketchup-Baked Fish Fillets

You can serve these fish fillets by themselves, or with beans, vegetables, rice or bread. Ketchup-Baked Fish Fillets Print Cuisine: Main Serves: 8 Ingredients 1 lb fish fillets (salmon or similar, boneless) ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ tablespoon garlic paste ½ teaspoon ginger paste 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 cup water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Instructions Mix all ingredients together, except fish. Marinate fish fillets with the blended ingredient mixture for 30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF. Spread oil in a baking tray and arrange the marinated fish fillets on the tray. Bake fish for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the fish is fully baked with a light and crispy outer surface. Serve fish with beans, vegetables, rice, or bread.
