Diabetic Care Plan offers comprehensive type 2 diabetes care

A survey conducted by London Medical finds that 66 per cent of type 2 diabetes patients believe improvements should be made in the understanding of their condition.
83 per cent of patients also wanted to see increased meetings with healthcare professionals to help them manage their type 2 diabetes, with 33 per cent willing to pay for improved care.

London Medical analysed these findings and developed the Diabetes Care Plan, a set of unique care packages that provide an alternative to what is being offered by the National Health Service (NHS).
