Bell Pepper Baked Chicken

You probably already have all the ingredients required to make this delicious dish. It is a great main for your dinner tonight. Bell Pepper Baked Chicken Print Cuisine: Main Serves: 4 Ingredients ~ ½ lb skinless chicken breasts, fat removed and split into 4 pieces 2 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ginger paste ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons yogurt ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, finely chopped Instructions Marinate chicken breast with all ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Apply oil over a wok and place over medium heat. Stir fry bell pepper in wok. After 1 to 2 minutes add the marinated chicken breast pieces to the wok. Turn over the chicken to fry on both sides with the bell pepper. After 2 minutes, shift the chicken pieces to a greased baking tray and bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes, or until properly baked.
