Good fat in your diet may help lower heart disease risk

Fat is often viewed as the bad guy that causes heart disease.  The type of fat deemed worst of them all, saturated fat, is known as the leader in clogging blood vessels and raising risk of heart disease.  Recent research has showed though that eating healthy fats throughout the day may lower your risk of heart disease and help you lose weight.
