Set New Year’s goals you can keep
Have you set your goals for the new year too high? Do you find that each new year your drive to reach your goals seems to fizzle out by February? Many of us set goals to lose weight, eat healthier, and work out more as each new year begins. However, if you do not reach your sometimes lofty goals, it can make you feel discouraged and less likely to keep trying to reach your goals. It has been found though that if you make more practical goals and take smaller steps to reach them, you will be more likely to succeed in making them come true!
