Cabbage and Potato Fry

This Cabbage and Potato Fry is just the tasty dish you were missing from your dinner menu. It’s quick, easy-to-make, and delicious. Cabbage and Potato Fry Print Ingredients ~ 1 lb. cabbage, thinly sliced ~1/2 lb potatoes, thinly sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp green chilies, chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt Instructions Place a cooking pan over medium heat. Add oil to pan as well as onion, green chili, turmeric powder and salt. Add cabbage and potato to pan once the oil and spices are hot enough. Stir mixture on medium heat and cover with a lid. After 5 minutes, stir mixture again. Once water evaporates and vegetables start to sweat, the vegetable fry is ready. Place vegetable fry on a serving dish and enjoy.
