Hot Chicken Cilantro Soup Print Cuisine: Main Serves: 4 Ingredients ~ 1lb. bone-in split chicken breasts with ribs ¼ tsp garlic paste ½ tsp ginger paste 1 Tbsp onion paste ¼ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp diced onion ½ Tbsp oil 2 tbsp cilantro, sliced Instructions Place a large pot over medium heat. Pour about 3 quarts of water in pot and bring to a boi. Add chicken bone to pot and cook until about half of water has evaporated.
