World Diabetes Day urges healthy breakfast to start day
World Diabetes Day only comes around once a year, on November 14, and the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) have announced a new theme for the next three years.

For 2014-2016, healthy living and diabetes will be the World Diabetes Day theme, with the focus on helping people start the day with a healthy breakfast that can control blood sugar levels and keep you full.
